Synchronization client

Hot Folder

It allows users to synchronize one or more local folders (not subfolders) with others in the OpenKM repository. This client is available only to Microsoft.

Microsoft Office Add-in

Add-ins for Microsoft Office allow you to extend the office package's capabilities and interact with OpenKM quickly and efficiently.

• Microsoft Outlook Add-in: Allows users to select multiple emails and or attachments and import them into OpenKM.
• Microsoft Word Add-in: Allows users to upload new files and edit those that already exist in OpenKM.
• Microsoft Excel Add-in: Allows users to upload new spreadsheets as well as edit existing spreadsheets in OpenKM.
• Microsoft Power Point Add-in: Allows users to upload new presentations and edit presentations that already exist in OpenKM.
• Microsoft Visio Add-in: Allows users to upload new diagrams as well as edit existing diagrams in OpenKM.
• Microsoft Access Add-in: Allows users to upload database files to OpenKM.
• Microsoft Project Add-in: Allows users to upload new projects and edit projects that already exist in OpenKM.

E-signature client

An electronic signature is a set of electronic data that accompanies or is associated with an electronic document whose essential functions are:

• Identify the signature user.
• Ensure document integrity.
• The client allows you to sign documents created and managed by OpenKM.

Scanning Clients

OKMScanner

It provides the ability to capture images from scanners and (optionally) convert them to PDF format, then upload them to OpenKM and set values in the metadata.

OKMScan Station

It is an assistant for the mass scanning of documents, which allows us to convert to PDF format, upload to the OpenKM repository, and set values in the metadata.

Virtual Printer

Allows the user to print documents in PDF format and upload them to OpenKM.

Live Edit

It allows you to edit documents that are in the OpenKM repository quickly.
